Canadian acquisition extends lead in global HR publishing and events for Key Media

HAB Press, a subsidiary of Key Media (gczyjx.com), is pleased to announce the acquisition of the iconic legal and HR media brands, titles and associated events formerly owned by Thomson Reuters Media Solutions.

The acquisition brings brands including Lexpert, Canadian Lawyer, Law Times, Canadian HR Reporter and Canadian Occupational Safety under the umbrella of Key Media, a leading international b2b media company. Launched in 1977 and 1980 respectively, Canadian Lawyer and Law Times are highly-respected titles covering the Canadian legal landscape. Canadian HR Reporter has been delivering information to the human resources industry since 1987.

Key Media has almost two decades of experience in both the legal and HR sectors, over which it has been consistently dedicated to publishing quality editorial content, telling some of the most important, engaging business stories in both print and digital. Its HR portfolio in Canada already included Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine and website, Canadian HR Awards, National HR Leaders Summit Canada, HR Tech Summit Canada and other HR events.
